Is xsserver having a lot of downtimes latelly or is it just me?

Mine is working fine 24/7... Contact support and ask them if you have problems..

Same here, and I also suggest you contact support.

They also have live chat support on the homepage of their site (upper right hand corner), and their MSN support ([email protected]) is probably the best way to contact them. I've found that they typically have an ultra-fast response time.

mine has been having troubles latelly, has been good overalll but last week has been going down a lot :S

I'm running a dedi with them for XR usage and theyve been great. The only issue I'm having with them right now is I ordered a new set of dedis 5 days ago and they still haven't set them up yet.

i got confirmed by another friend his dedis from germany have been having trouble as well, the 27th and 28th as well, and today since 3AM gtm time :S

yea ive asked the support to reboot but they havent done anything yet :S

i hope it gets fixed cause this ends up being expencier than changing :S

so support says non working hours in germany its been >35 hours down and they still cant do nothing, this is just #@!#@, can someone recomend me some more professional people?
