If it is, it's nothing new. A quick search would reveal this is pretty common for them.

On a side note: How many people request credits when they're monthly services are interrupted?

yeah it's down for me sadly i just started scrapebox and then about 10seconds later vps was down -edit there back up now

Yeah same VPS went down and their site isn't responding. Seriously?? I was just about to export my scraped list. What on earth

It should still be saved in harvester sessions.

It's back up now.
