I have found this also.
When I first got a VPS with them it was very good, now I cant even finish 1 scrapebox scrape without it crashing on me.

xsserver is probably the best cheapest hosting for running XRumer.
i'm talking here about their VPS plan, which is the best value what you can get for that amount of $. but if your plan is to spam the whole internet/day then consider some 1Gbit and add few zeros to hosting price.

I have the same problem, I am changing VPS/dedis.
 
I m recently seeing a lot of the customers that signup with me are coming from xsservers because of their low performance. I m glad they absolutely love my services.
