Is XSServer.eu down?

I can't connect to them for the past 12 hours or so. So far no response to my ticket.

Anyone else experiencing this?

They sent out an email a few days ago saying they would be blocking accounts that used xrumer and scrapebox
 
Haven't got any mail from them.
 
I too have one server that's been down for about 72 hours.... No XR but some SB on it.

Most of the time I'm doing basic checks with it and zero posting, so I doubt thats it.

One thing to note is that XSServer's emails have been hitting my spam box, so while you think they aren't responding to tickets they actually are and you won't know unless you log into your account again.

Have you got any answer from them?
 
Mine has been down since march 28 lol. They are very bad at responding to emails so you may just have to sit back and wait for a while.

I use Scrapebox with private proxies. So far no problems. My VPS is working fine :)

So far you can use any windows vps with private proxies. What is point to use overpriced XSServer VPS with private proxies?
 
Yeah, most of their IP ranges are spam haused now.

Got this email couple days ago ...

From past few months we are facing lots of issues from SPAMHAUS they have blacklisted all our IPs due to ongoing complaints from forum SPAM, from now onwards we are not allowing those SEO tools i.e XRUMER or Scrapebox etc, our network provider is suspending all the IPs which are active on forum spam and which are listed on http://www.stopforumspam.com/ , please note that once your IPs are blocked we will assign you clean un-used IP for $10 extra charge and if again the new IP is blocked then the server will be suspended permanently.



Please note that this email is only for those customers who are using our servers for Forum SPAM.



If you have any question please do not hesitate to open a support ticket.

i have 7 vps. all up , but no reply from support in the last 8 days !?:microwave
 
I have 13 servers with Xsserver.eu and more than half of them are down. Support ticket went into them and they stated they couldnt access the servers either. They said they are forwarding it onto senior admin and have to wait for his reply. That was over 4 days ago now. Will wait till after easter and then see what the score is. Already looking for another company as we speak :)
 
i have 2 servers with them and so far its been working ok.

did have a little down time but now its still up and running.
 
Maybe it is something to do with the forum profiles banning the servers , but i cant see how. Only 1 of the servers I cant access were doing forum profiles, the rest have been used for other stuff not relating to forum profiles
 
It's been over a week now, still no response from them. I've already switched though, but would be nice to know if we get any compensation for the down days.
 
XSServer are facing huge problems and stopforumspam are taking one heck out of them (From what I have read on various forums). This is why they have aren't allowing people using xrumer and scrapebox anymore. I guess this is the biggest reason why their servers are down or probably their servers got banned due to extensive spamming.
 
There has been no response yet. I have updated my ticket several times. I have 3 servers with them, 1 of them just came up online again (am glad I can take some important files from it).
