I can login. But when I open scrapebox it says that it doesn't find an internet connection, it goes fine when surfing on the browser...
I think that something is switched, either the computer or the IP.

They have been good for me. I am happy for what I am paying for. Just as good as xsserver. I don't heavily use my VPS so it is hard for me to leave a big review. I only use a VPS for small blasts and my dedis for big blasts.

Their site is still down (funny because I've just received an invoice, so I can't pay for it

But VPS back and running, it has been restarted though...

Would also appreciate feedbacks about bermanhosting, they seem to offer "more for less"

Yep, just got this email from them :

Power Outage In Frankfurt / Main

There was a power outage today morning at Frankfurt which affected our datacenter too, all our dedicated servers and vps servers were affected due to the power outage and all of them are rebooted too. We are working to fix all the problems that was occured due to this power outage and will fix it ASAP. There might be slow response on tickets reply cause currently we are having very high amount of support tickets.

yea my hd screwed up and they cant replace the info inside it
they are behaving really bad
2 time down in the last 2 months and last time was down for 2-3 days

any good suggestion?

Had a chat with them few days ago and planning to try them out for a month. What I like is that their servers are in Europe and Support is based on CET which works good for me. Pricing is also very decent. Will update back in due time. Thanks for the info.
