Well, looks like it's down again.. now onto my main point of my thread
Should I move onto a new server? I'm looking for ones in Netherlands or Germany,
mainly Europe really; looking for prices under $15 or around that price.
Oh, and I would like to know if anyone has experience on moving all the files from one VPS to another?

Yeah it's down. Just when I'm at the peak of my work...
 
I doubt you are gonna get quality VPS at $15/month.

Well I've heard of ThrustVPS, but I'm not looking for top of the rank VPSs just something stable

I'm with xsserver and never had any issues, wasnt down yesterday and I didnt get an email. I feel left out :(

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We had network maintenance today and we did send an email about it before, we had some upgrade now it is stable. :)

I'm also considering to buy a VPS soon as I grow my need for tools. Been reading a few not so good reviews about xsserver lately. Anyone has more recommendations?
 
If you pay for "shit" it's gonna stink!!!

xsserver are good, dont go for the cheapest option you will be fine. Get windows vps for $35 from germany (germany have good internet). Works great for xrumer and senuke
 
For me it is down once again. A little bit too much downtimes I think?
 
XSServer.EU, is now on my blacklist of companies to do business with. They still keep crashing and either fail to explain or flat out blame me for using too much CPU power. Really? I was doing copy paste and that is too much? 800 lines of text? Migrating VPS as I type :) XSServer.EU you will not get another penny out of me. You have taught me what bad hosting and bad customer service are all about.
