Best for SEO? None.

SEO has to do with you, not the software.

If you put in keywords like "kitty shit" in the Title when you're targeting "dog food", then no software is going to help you.

If you know SEO, then any tool will do. I recommend Wordpress. It's hard to mess up.

But...if you insist on software, then get XSitePro if you don't know what this is:

If you do know this...then get Dreamweaver and learn it well at lynda.com.

those peoples will get bored and will consider stupid thing to pay a little attention to places like lynda.com dude ...

Right now using Xsite Pro 2 and WordPress love Xsite Pro 2 100x better simple to use, and I am making allot more money with Xsite Pro 2 and have it Auto set up for 5 years great features and is allot of fun !!
