Xsite Pro question

Hey guys

I am wanting to create a login page and members area for a site i have in mind. All i want members to do is create a small profile and the ablity to submit content to the site, similar to a press release site nothing major...

So my question is, can xsite pro do this easly? is there a special feature on it that will do this easly? I have very little coding or programming knowledge so couldn't do it from scratch using dreamweaver for example.
