Xrummer Support Blows, keep your money

    Hi,

    I bought XRummer a few months ago. I'm having technical problems with the proxies that they include in Hrefer, so I contacted their technical support ICQ. He told me to read the starter guide in the help file which I did, and it didn't help at all.

    Then he stopped answering me. This is the second time this happened with their technical support, what an @ss hole.

    The first time I contacted them, I said: I'm having a problem with XRummer. His answer was... so, what do you want from me?

    I'd say that's some Shitty technical support for a $500 + piece of software.

    Save your money!

    If someone here can help me figure out why the proxies aren't working, please let me know via PM.

    In retrospect, I wouldn't buy software like this from such a shady, non-reliable company.

    IDK about all that. You seem to be the only person that has ever had a problem with botmaster and the support.

    Happened to me twice with a few months in between. Maybe you haven't used their support recently?

    I figured it out myself, no thanks to Tech. Supp. I heard that their support was great back in the day, but went downhill this year, can anyone else confirm this?

    I have been thinking about buying this for a while but I have also heard about a few people having problems with tech support :(

    Ok, so let me ask u...does the software work like it suppose to, and your just have technical difficulties with the proxies...or xrumer just doesn't work period? nevermind...I see u figured it out.

    Sometimes hes good at support other times you cant reach him for days... either via icq or via email.

    As I told you on ICQ you need to read help file first. You even didn't read "How to start" topic and didn't do what was necessary. You didn't have problem with proxy you just didn't upload the proxy checker script.
    So that's why the list of proxies wasn't updated.

    How do you expect to work proxy checking if You even didn't UPLOAD PROXY CHECKER SCRIPT !

    ALL about proxy checker script was write in help file of Hrefer (Topic "How to start") and also on our tech forum.

    I could post here our ICQ discussion, but i think it will be better that you'll post here, especially the part when I sent you WHAT YOU NEED TO DO !

    they are not an unreliable company, they are a russian company. if you want to deal with russian companies you better learn their culture i.e. DON'T BE AN IDIOT AND COME TO THEM WITH STUPID QUESTIONS. They're not there to hold your hand, they're there to write badass software to let you do shady things. That's just the nature of it. When you buy proxies from proxies.ru im pretty sure you'll have a very similar experience... this isn't america :)

    yeah, it's not a company by the way, it's one guy. so be lucky he takes time out of his busy day programming to help you at all.

    Anyway, it doesn't matter, I figured it out. Culture difference or not, tech. support is tech. support.

    What a stupid comment: "You're luckly he took time away from his programming to help you". I payed over $500 for software, I should have technical support, it's not "doing me a favor". if there was no support, I wouldn't have bought the softwae.

    the error specifically says: "connection error. check for script availabitlity"

    so go and fucking check for it.... then if that file no longer works etc then re-add or re-upload it.... duhhhh

    i had the same problem but server wise and used my common sense and sorted it.

    both of you got some faults.

    joker, you should've hit up support when you're right at your home PC with XRUMER right IN YOUR FACE. so that when support asks you did you do this did you do that,you're up and ready because XRUMER IS JUST RIGHT IN YOUR FACE.

    and to you botmaster support, you could've at least say something like "im sorry but imma head out for like how many minutes...i promise i'll get back to you as soon as i can and we'll resolve this issue of yours. would that be okay sir? thank you for patiently waiting." you may have a very kickass product but the support represents your company or product as your very own face---your very own front. anything you say,do or show would become a very lasting impression and could definitely impact your business.
