xRumers proxy harvester and Hrefer's harvester

When I use Xrumer and update my proxylist using their servers, everything works fine. However, whenever I try to update my proxylist using hrefer (3.85), it just hangs there with the grayed out "update proxylist and check for anonymity" button. I let it sit overnight and I came back today and its still stuck this way

Any ideas?
