how would i accomplish the following:

i know i changed url to uri because the forum kept making it a link

now in the section homepage i put this :
#file_links[C:\Xrumer\Projects\Project Info\Project5\Homepage.txt,1,L]
now when i test it in the forum post it works fine but when i put it in the homepage text box and run the project it comes up blank
whats going on here?
