Xrumer - switch off TSA?

Can anyone tell me how to switch off the Traffic Saving Algorithm in the latest version of Xrumer?

The manual says it can be found under Advanced Options, but there is no mention of it in Advanced Options? What have I missed, set me right please people.....

Options --> Speed <---> Success Rate, look at bottom right
