Interested in this as well although it would help to know a little more about how competitive that search term is. Seems like you quoted broad match results, how are the phrase matched ones as well as allintitle?

I see too many people quoting broad all the time with high numbers when this doesn't really tell the whole story.

Well here is the update!!!

Good News Too!

The squidoo page was de-indexed for about 2 days. I think this may be because I was hitting a different datacenter.

Anyways, I was targetting generally just long tail keywords, but the title of the page was my main keyword not longtail.

For my main keyword it is now SERP1 Result #8! I was not expecting to rank for the main keyword, but only for the long tails which bring in 5000 clicks a month, the main keyword shows 49k hits a month from google keyword tool.

This is great news, unfortunately, result #8 on front page doesnt bring in much traffic!

I am going to do one more xrumer blast on the page, focusing primarily on the main keyword, and see if I can push it up to the top 3 results now!

I hope once squidoo is converting you create a lot more web 2.0 sites and hit them hard I would probably be interested as an affiliate if you have a spot left ;-)

yeah that sounds pretty epic... as was already said should diversify the sites. Same article different sites. Could probably submit it to some place that pays per a view that way you make money 2 ways (1 if it converts and 2 if they view the article).
