Anybody recommend any providers?

Need dedi, I'm currently with the $100 plan with PowerUpHosting and I'm paying a lot more than I have to for a crappy VPS that can't handle anything.

$250-$400 budget/month. Please recommend providers, proxies won't be used.

I know HostWinds is being advertised a lot here lately.

Try level 10+ VPS on hostwinds. They should make for you.

check tidyurl.com/hdseed they have affordable packages with high specs and fast hdd..important for vps/dedi to run smoothly

HostWinds doesn't allow I believe (have 20 domains hosted with them already).
I don't need some Arabic referral link either.

If you won't use proxies with Xrumer than you need bulletproof server.
