OP clearly mentioned it was done by kensai through his services, which kensai will be doing in your server and not instructions to tell the fix here, afaik..

After people tried to help, the least that could be done is to give a GENERAL idea what the problem is about. For example, was it something simple to over-look? I haven't used tool in 3 years and want to again ...OP thread like this doesn't help in evaluating whether to buy.
