xrumer PM and Direct Marketing

Hope someone can help me with this, I have been searching for a good guide to using xrumer in the PM mode as a method of direct marketing. I have plenty of experience in using xrumer for building backlinks but I would like to try and emulate the success of others in direct marketing.
I hope someone might be able to give me a bit of a helping hand.
