Xrumer on Xsserver Vps

Hi
I have a vps @ xsserver running scrapebox but now i need one for xrumer the problem is that xsserver vps is BARLEY good for scrapebox (crashes ALL the time) so i can imagine xrumer will work good at all.. (correct me if im wrong)

My next step is to get a linux based server (much much cheaper than windows) and install xp/windows server 2008 and run all my aps (xrumer / tweetattacks / scrapebox)

Can anyone report doing this W SUCCESS?

Or recommend something else.. Pls help

i can give u a 200$ bp vps that works fine with xrumer without crushes, im using it since over a year

I thought xrummer is a windows app, how do u plan to run it on a linux machine?
I have scrapebox on my home machine, and it ( Scrapebox ) constantly crash so the problem might not be your VPS

If i is possible to get X rummer or scrapebox on Linux then i would be interested

XRumer will not run on a Linux VPS.

You can virtualize Linux inside of Windows, but WHY would you!

An Xsserver.eu VPS may do at the outset to overcome the learning curve, however in the long run you will require something with more serious power.

For xrumer you need a bigass vps or a dedi.

Why i would do it? Becaise for $40 a month u get a value of $120+ in a xp server (quad core / unlimited bandwith / 3 gig ram)

Whats your thoughts?

Xrumer use a lot of BW, and linux vps arent unlimited. You're sure its a good option

Your right its not unlimited but its 2.2 Tb of bandwith i think its enough..

My main concern is : WILL IT CRASH MORE FREQUENTLY?

xrumer7 requires much more CPU power comparing to x5 because of Recaptcha and other new captchas it's breaking.
VPS migh be ok memory & network wise, but you need a lot of CPU to run it.

Hye there, interesting discussion, really you can run xRumer & ScrapeBox on linux VPS, but how?

you can install VMWare on your linux after that install windows, after installing windows you can run any Windows app normally, so (if you have a good RAM) you can run WIndows & Linux both on the same time..
if you are interested on this way, I will create a new thread detailing all steps how to do that.

I'm running 30 instances of Scrapebox on my dedicated server as we speak. In 1 week there's been 3 crashes, all of which were my fault for being an idiot. So it probably is lack of RAM or something alike

If you need a dedicated server with 8 gb ram 2.3ghz*4, dedicated 100 mbit internet and 24/7 support by email, just ask, since I know a place where you can get one. So far, really impressed with them. No complaints about my spamming either

1GB Ram is a must additional if the server is on "server grade hardware" like Quad Core or Hexacore Xeon then its a plus point. Otherwise i5 and i7 are desktop hardware and are NOT heavy duty to run 24/7 on high loads.

if u own xrumer , u can pay a dedicated server to run it.
On vps`s xrumer runs like crap.
U need a dedicated offshore server. At least 2gb of ram.

How many vps's per dedi are you talking about if your xrumer runs like crapp? I am running one of my xrumer licenses on vps's from hostvendor net and never had any problems/crashes. I found them to be more stable and reliable than ones from xsserver 'cause there are only 4 vps's per single physical server.
