the avid users of xrumer know that getting your post to stick can be a bit of a challenge. you can disguise your post by changing the color of the text but it does not help significantly.
what i do is:
i post to a long list of forums simply introducing myself without any links what so ever. i give the posts about 2 weeks. after the welcome responses have died out, i go back and edit every single post but this time with backlinks and links on my profile.
about 90% of my posts stick this away and i have fewer accounts getting banned. you have to be patient and edit your post slowly for seo reasons.
