Amazing how many people are happy with 1K unique domains :)
 
The review is good but an important point is missing,why would anyone want 17k of links at once?
Talk about un-natural linking.I wouldn't even do that to a web 2.0.
It is impossible to sustain the volume and as it tails off more than likely your rankings will as well.

You're better investing in the tools and controlling the volume to a regular,sustainable amount,as well as diversifying.If you're link is linked to GWT you're going to have issues pretty fast.
I know GWT is flawed anyway but this greatly increases your chances of dropping.

Lower,regular volumes work alot better,as well as look natural,an important factor nowadays.
