We currently spend upwards of 5k/mo, running Xrumer at scale w/ great relationship with a Netherlands based colo company.
We have sent our own hardware to the data center to install, but due to COVID-19 they are no longer providing on site tech and we have had some issues they are unable to resolve as a result.
They have agreed to ship back the hardware to us / the next data center — does anybody have recommendations for colo that is friendly and can deploy our hardware right away? Happy to pay extra as I know these are unprecedented times.
There are plenty of colo providers, but looking for “friendly” ones.
We post with proxies, but scan and verify target URLs with direct connection and get lots of complaints due to the scale and level of aggressiveness our “crawler” goes.
We receive 10-20 complaints a day for port scanning, aggressive crawling, etc. — again, we don’t do this, but the scale at which we run inevitably leads to situations like this. Our existing host understood the situation and would respond accordingly on our behalf.
Looking for the same, and any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
