Xrumer Buying- HELP about payment process please (no PP)?

Dear friends,

Is there anyone with experience in buying Xrumer using the wmtransfer or libertyreserve? I do not have PayPal account and want to buy this tool using some of those two payment systems. I read here that its necessary to use exchanger? ... Can some explain to me this process please and if there is a risk?

first of all Money Exhcange is not allowed in BHW

Second you can pay them from various payment method Wire transfer as well they are coperative

when i bought xrumer 4 years ago i just paid with western union.
maybe it's still possible.

Xrumer 2nd hand license = ban. Reselling license is against botmasterlabs TOS.
