Xrumer Blasts Needed

I've looked around the forums, and have found a few xrumer services, but they don't seem to do the job right.

Can anyone do a 100k-1 Million Xrumer blast? If so, what's the stick rate for the backlinks? How fast will results come in? Are they permanent backlinks for the ones that stick?

I want to rank high for a keyterm for my music website, so I need the right xrumer service.
