This whole post is based on the idea that these apps are interchangeable and maybe help in similar ways.
They aren't and they don't
Xrumer is mostly for profile link creation (yes I know you can post content with it - but that's still a secondary thing).
Nuke is for content distribution (yes I know it can make profiles - but again that's a secondary thing).
One is not "better than the other". One won't rank a website better than another. They both require work (quite different)
One type of link is not absolutely better than another.
I'd go on cost -
Xrumer is a one off payment of under $600 with;
- Ongoing server costs, much cheaper these days - think $75 per month - many cheaper VPS and server providers do not allow Xrumer
- Proxies. Don't scrape public ones - get 30 private ones - that's all you need to promote half a dozen sites.
- Captchas. Between $10 and $100 per month. It does have a decent captcha solver but it misses many of the better platforms.
SENukex is $147 per month;
- You probably also need a server or VPS but a cheaper one will do ($40)
- Proxies - 20 maybe - it's not so much about spamming so many links and scraping so many sites. and
- Captchas - ($10-$30 is enough for most stuff with Nuke)
This is if you do it properly. I'm sure other people will have experience of different price structures - but these are the approximate set ups I've used
A Nuke set up will come in at about $3000 a year (including the subscription to Nuke itself)
Xrumer will cost about the same year one - but less from then on (as you will then own Xrumer)
Don't be temped to buy an "applications included VPS" - since my post 2 weeks ago I've had experience of 3 of them - all of them were with crap - pirated un-updated tools that hardly worked and customer service (when you point out that the tools hardly work) that sucks balls.
But these two tools do very different things. It's not an "either/or" question.
You may need one, the other, both or neither.

The current XRumer does have a nominal $10 per month subscription fee.
I stopped using SENuke some time ago, but I think you can get better plans if you're a longer term user; yearly plan is cheaper than monthly, and I know there was a lifetime license at launch (not sure, but there may still be one for current users).

Xrumer 7 - I personally think is way better.

Go for Senuke if you are still new at this. Xrumer comes with a learning curve.

Well having used both for almost 3 years now I would say... most people under estimated how complex SEnuke can be, they use it at a basic level and mess things up a lot. Xrumer is really not as complex to use as people make out, only where you get to reconfiguring it does the complexity start. Most people who mess with Xrumer actually get nowhere, creating pointless custom files that do nothing, and often sell these pointless garbage custom files. However you really can do almost anything you want with Xrumer, and that is complex.
So I would say follow the exact same route as I did. If you have made no money yet then forget both, go back and make some cash manually. Then get SEnuke, make some more cash.. then learn how to use SEnuke properly and at the same time get Xrumer... Xrumer really needs a server to run on, and you can then move you SEnuke to the same server... make more cash

I dunno.. I used it very little when I first bought it, ended up doing paid traffic for a few years. I never heavily used it - just some minor stuff that got me ranking quickly in uncompetitive keywords. Then I decided to actually use it and it turned into a huge headache for the first month or so.
Now that I know how to use it it doesn't seem so complex, but at the start it was a huge pain. Mostly learning everything about hrefer 100% then going on and learning a bunch of stuff within xrumer - it took awhile. SenukeX is more straightforward, where as xrumer has tons of stuff you can sit around and tweak for ages to get the desired result. After you do all that, then you can do the mods and stuff and that gets even more complex.

You really havent thought about what you have just said have you? It would cost a lot... of money to create a half decent piece of software then theres all the updates.
Me personally i have to say Senukex, a lot of people under estimate it. Dont get me wrong though, you cant rank a website just with one piece of software.

Whats the best tool to get fast and good backlinks ?
I only want to promote ONLY my unique blog articles.
But i need backlinks for every article. What is the best solution ?
Ive tried magic submitter and im not so satisfied. Same thing with AMR i think ( not tested yet ).
I have to spend a lot of time and getting slow results with that tools :-(
