Weird. I use AOL and gmail emails all the time. No problems. Are you using a VPN? I think it might be your IP. If you spam to much with the same IP google and AOL with block your IP.
Yes, I'm using an VPN to access the gmail accounts for Xrumer usage so I think I should be on the safe line. Whenever I tried to get a gmail account to forward to another email address, BAM, instantly, the account was deactivated and prompted a phone line to reactivate.
As for AOL and Hotmail, the problem is that, xrumer won't download the emails for activation. This is the part which makes me cry.

Get a cheap domain from godaddy (can have any extension), you get a free email account with it.
Use the free email account and setup an email address with catch-all enabled.
You will have "unlimited" email addresses with POP3 access and no problem with downloading the emails for activation.
This is valid for any application that needs to read emails (activation etc.) not only for Xrumer.
