Second, the seller claims I asked him to contact my clients because I was unable to explain the technical details. This never happened. The screenshots clearly show the opposite: the seller threatened to contact my clients to tell them I was a scammer. That was not assistance; it was a threat. The seller is attempting to completely reverse what actually occurred.

Third, regarding the channel requirements, I specifically showed the channel to Sinan before payment and asked whether it was suitable for ranking. He clearly confirmed that it was fine and instructed me to proceed with payment. The channel already had the exact characteristics they are now using as an excuse for failure. If those characteristics made ranking impossible, why was I told to proceed with payment? Why was this issue only raised after the payment was received? The seller cannot approve the channel before payment and then reject it after payment when the service fails.

The seller also claims I acted in bad faith regarding the second video and later apologized. This is completely unsupported. My last message was sent on 18 May, and I filed the PayPal dispute on the same date.
