Xpinner Adult Poster Settings

Wondering if anyone has actually gotten this to work with any consistency. I have tried using cron, and without cron ... sometimes it posts to some sites, but mostly it fails to post to the majority of sites. I can not pinpoint a reason. I have tried almost every settings imaginable. Would be greatly appreciated if someone could provide some guidance.
