I figured this had more viewings here than on Jr. Vip.

I'm using Xoom and I tried sending some money but the transactions are always cancelled. Xoom is bitching about some issue in the ToS I violated, even though I accessed one account with one IP, and the other account with another IP. How does Xoom looks at it? Do they mind if you're the same person passing money to yourself?

Note: My sender profile was made through a US IP, and the phone number is fake. The receiver profile is my own and with a different IP.

Edit: Are there other networks like Xoom that are reasonable when it comes to their fees?

Xoom is hit and miss even when you use full legit info, so if you're using fake phone numbers I doubt you stand much chance. And yes I would imagine they would care a lot about you passing money to yourself. I imagine to them it looks as though you're trying to launder money

This is to get your money from multiple Paypal accounts right? There is another way to get your money from multiple Paypal accounts. Set up an account at Plimus and purchase an item from yourself. Then you can wire the money from Plimus to your bank account. I know someone who does this without any problems.

actually is laundering money , thing which is dirty illegal . And paulo like I said on the jrvip threads ... xoom is bitching at me even when I paid with real damn it info ... even on the phone one of their monkeys asking me things which wasn't helping anyone to process a payment .

So you have a legitimate phone number on the sender's part as well? In Xoom's help files I remember reading they only need to call the receiver to confirm the transaction. I suppose a bought US phone number could be redirected to a phone number of my choosing?

EDIT: They told me to to call them in one of their emails.
