For Wordpress sites, Yoast works great. Online sitemap generators can work well, too, like xml-sitemaps.com.
Only use online generators if your site has few pages, as you'll want to browse over it to be sure it's accurate.

I go with Yoast. It's easy to configure and works okay to me.
