im can say i am alone... now. spent dinner time with my parents, now just sitting in front of the laptop browsing and watching movies on the tv....
last year i spent my christmas eve working on the night shift, it was a new and different experience, that i actually enjoyed

It's awful nice seeing everyone writing such good posts...
My own plans include calling round to my gf and spending the day with her family, I dont talk to my own mother. I got some new clothes 2day and if the day turns out shitty I'll spend it eating a pot noodle at a 24 hour filling station and then do some backlink indexing with BMD... it annoys me that everywhere is closed and nobody is around, but sure as the guys said have a few drinks and enjoy the tv and maybe read some of the quality that this site has to offer... merry xmas to all..
and a special thanks to everyone who's contributed by sharing valuable information here! I appreciated it and it was a pleasure reading.... Gilesy

Well it hasn't been bad at all...got plenty of smokes, food and alcohol, all the shutters are closed so I dont have a clue what its like outside or what the weather is like, got my heating on full blast,got up at 4pm, got straight onto my laptop, made coffee, smoked some fags, made alot of progress on my new website, opened a bottle of wine, dinner is in the microwave, wished my sons in the UK happy xmas...not as bad as I expected and had happened on my last 2 occasions...I must be getting used to it!

Yeah I did, but I am in a different country, but regardless I am a one man army. What I mean is that let's say I went to a girls house for dinner, I know that her mum can't cook turkey as good as me, so I sit there eating bland dinner talking small talks for couple hours. Waste of my time. What I did was I made my own turkey ballontines. I bought a free range turkey $50 and deboned the legs, stuffed them with pine nuts, sausage meat, herbs, onions etc. the whole kaboodle, gravy was made from bones, veg, cooking juices. Man this was the best Christmas dinner I've had.
So what I am saying is I learned something and at the same time had a buzz on for ages. I can cook good, but deboning and stuffing legs was new for me, and from now on I wouldn't cook it any other way.
