XLviews - does it work currently?

Hello guys, yesterday I buy 1k views for my video and it's done for 6-7 hours, but today I buy 2k views for 2 video, 1k views each. So after buying I saw this error. What is the error and views don't provide to me, so how to fix it or refund my money?

From my personal experience do not use that service. Once I had account there with money in it, but then they had website construction and it just disappeared !
So Use at your own risk.
I do not recommend.

Sorry about this error, we made a bad update on our views system that caused the massive views drop on videos. But no need to worry, we are fixing this now and we will restart all order and refill the views lost once our servers are up and running.

Our view is 97-98% working. Only 2-3% of our orders are having issues with views drop. We are not really sure why this happening to them but we are closely monitoring this. We have a new views method and likes coming soon and more extra features to make our service user friendly.

We are selling Watchpage views.
Video deletion is caused by a lot of factors but not the views. We haven't experience about videos got deleted coz of views.
Videos got deleted is either
- Keyword Spamming
- flagged due to competition
- Description that has a history of flag or deletion
ex. if Video (A) description that has been flagged or deleted used to video (B) or copied and paste the exact wording on video (A) description
- Copyrighted videos
