I have an xhtml static website that I want to turn into a Wordpress theme.
I've followed tutorials online, but either I'm doing something wrong or they don't seem to work for the template.

Is there some kind of plugin for Wordpress or a program that can do this?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
