You are using bit.ly or cpa links directly in the profile updater.... also there are words that trigger a ban

Instagram follows profile links directly to source. You are probably being banned to the url you are putting in the bio. If it goes to a CPA offer defiantly. You need to make your profiles as wholesome and natural as possible.

More than likely is a proxy issue then. Shared proxies are notorious for this, especially if a bunch of people are using the same ranges. Same can happen with private proxies. Find a good source and keep it secret

I am facing the same issue, even i tried 4 providers using dedicated proxies and all of my accounts are banned now .. dont know whats the reason even i PM ZenoGlitch for his skype ... and didnt get any reply from him .. xGram support is really bad.

I have updated my links several times and I have only lost 1 or 2 accounts out of the 1000+ that I am running. There must be something wrong on your end.
I hate when people tell me, "YOU MUST BE DOING SOMETHING WRONG" but 9 times out of 10...it really is my fault.
Also socialmediahopper, for you to say xGram support is real bad is interesting. They have a dedicated skype channel only for owners and they also fix any problems asap. IG recently changed how accounts where created and within 24-48 hours. Burt and Chris had everything fixed and up and running again.
I refuse to promote or support a product that I don't believe in and I firmly stand behind xGram.

The support is good on xGram, What else can you expect from 97$ ? One Side, there are 2 guys who handle Code and Support and there are hell lot of customers on the other side, It takes time to respond! Even they are Human beings not Machines.
The private chat on xGram is there for customers to share their experience and solve their problems by asking any kind of problems they face running the software. And there is a thread about how to Run Bots on social media site by ZenoGlitch, you should have read that.
Blaming others is Easy when it doesn't work for you, There are many people who are successful using xGram and Banking from 10$ a day to 1000$ a day.

Please tell me where i said they must be doing something wrong, I was simply trying to find his skype so i could get support, which i did and everything is solved now.

These guys work their asses off with support. They are constantly updating the bot, answering the same questions over and over in skype.
It may take an hour to get their attention, but i've never seen them blatantly ignore a user...
