well you will need atleast 1000 proxies to handle so much accounts, and as you already know .. proxies aren`t cheap .. especially proxies for instagram

Agree 100%..

All you need would be proxies, Shared or Private and a vps.. if you got 1k proxies.. you can create 1k accounts per day..

For banking. I guess you can read some non-WSO methods here on BHW...

There are several methods on how to bank with IG on this forum. Add your own twist, don't promote the same exhausted offers as everyone else and you will succeed. I would advise starting small with 100 accounts, until you perfect your method. You don't want to go getting 10k accounts at a time flagged/banned, just because you haven't perfected your method yet.
