xGram bot problems :(((

    Customer support is live via skype. Just add the skype ID I sent to you at time of purchase (confirm aweber subscription). It's also sent to you when you email our support email address (check spam if you don't see it). If you still can't find it after that, check your PM here on BHW. I just sent my skype details there as well.

    You're never online my friend.I'm waiting for that reply for a few days, only one time I could see you online and you were gone after 10 minutes.

    Support is pretty good actually, PM me if you want to be added to the xgram skype chat group, someone there will definitely help. It is most likely that you are running the program without the correct permissions, or you are simply downloading the update to the wrong location.

    How about running the app as an administrator? That could do the trick.

    Dude, right click on the program and run it as "ADMINISTRATOR" and don't use a shortcut to launch the bot

    Try this...

    I think I would buy this but it's $97 a year, not $97 one off payment.

    Use it right and you'll make more than $97 in a month. Even if you don't know what you're doing, making $8 a month would pay off the bot, which most people can definitely do.

    Plus the support and ideas you'll receive in the Skype chat in addition to the bot are worth the $97.

    I am also having a problem that i cannot seem to figure out...

    I purchased the xgram bot yesterday, Ran the program on my macbook that has windows running on it. I put in The serial license that I received upon purchase, everything worked fine. I also ran the bot with my personal computer, entered the serial and it worked fine.

    I was having some problems with my bootcamped macbook later on last night so i decided to dump the hard drive and re-partition it.

    When i finished and tried running the bot it asked me for the serial key, and i got a message saying "license key already been activated on 2 pc's. see your member panel to deactivate a pc" i dont understand, This computer i am getting the message on is the original computer i ran the bot on with a valid license. could someone please help :(

    i too am trying to get a hold of you . sent a message to you via email days ago and no response.a new issue just popped up tonight as well
    sigh. really frustrating when the people u give ur money to just become M.I.A. when u need help the most.

    I remember seeing a thread with two support emails but can't find it now. I just can't get this to work at all, and I'm sure it's my error but I just wanted to contact support directly.
