Xevil vs GSA CB vs Capmonster for normal captchas?

I used to think that Xevil was only best used for Recaptchas, hCaptchas, and the like.

But I'm doing tests and it also solves more 'normal' captchas than even GSA Captcha Breaker does.

The only downside is that GSA Captcha Breaker seems to run quicker in terms of the software used - but with Xevil solving more correctly, that can easily trump the decrease in speed, depending on your uses.

As for CapMonster - that appears to be inferior to both Xevil and GSA Captcha Solver for normal captcahs, AND is inferior to Xevil for Recaptchas - making it pretty much obsolete in my day-to-day projects. Especially as there are yearly fees. With Xevil it's a monthly fee, but for unlimited licenses, once paid for.

Thoughts? Has anybody else tested all 3?

Yeah, Xevil has definitely surprised many by being more versatile than just solving Recaptcha or hCaptcha. It actually does a solid job with "normal" captchas too, which is pretty cool, especially when it outperforms stuff like GSA Captcha Breaker in accuracy. The downside of Xevil, though, is that it can be a bit slower. But like you said, if it’s solving more correctly, the trade-off in speed isn’t that big of a deal, especially if you’re dealing with a lot of captchas that need accuracy over speed.

As for GSA Captcha Breaker, it’s still a solid tool, fast and efficient, but yeah, it’s not always as precise as Xevil. It’s great if you need speed and are okay with some inaccuracies, but when you need to really nail those captchas, Xevil shines. Plus, the fact that GSA is a one-time purchase and Xevil has that monthly fee can be a bit of a turn-off for some, but if you’re using it regularly, the investment might be worth it.

CapMonster definitely seems to lag behind both of these, especially when it comes to normal captchas and Recaptcha. The yearly fee model doesn’t help either. It just feels like it’s stuck in the middle, good but not great, which is why it’s getting overshadowed by the other two. If you’re serious about captcha-solving and can handle the subscription, Xevil is probably your best bet, unless speed is your absolute priority, in which case GSA might still be the way to go.
