Xevil Error with GSA SER

Hi,
I'm using the free demo of Xevil to see if it fits my need with GSA SER. But I get this error in the Xevil settings tab while running a SER project:

10/23/2024 5:41:22 PM: POST /in.php
10/23/2024 5:41:22 PM: .\Lua\API\emulation.lua:23: api not recognized

In GSA SER when I check balance it recognizes Xevil, no problem. But then when I make a test with Captchas I get errors. For the image captcha for example I get "server seems down".

I tried several server address, the default 127.0.0.1:80 but also :
127.0.0.1:81
127.0.0.2:80
127.0.0.2:81
127.0.0.1:8181
127.0.0.2:8181
Always same error.

I tried with Rucaptcha first and all the other captcha services in the list. I run the tools as Administrator, and always restart Xevil after making a modification.
I'm running all the tools on a Windows Azure VPS.

If someone has an idea...

well your question made me realize it's Xevil 3 so it's an old one.
I'm going to check if there is a newer demo one, maybe this version is not functional.

I found v4 on their site, it seems to be the last one for demo purpose. This one is working it can solve the test image captcha in SER. I tried with the test Recaptcha and I got an error, Xevil says Recaptcha is not supported in demo version... Too bad. Well I dont see the purpose of this demo version if we can't see if it can solve the major captcha used on the web.
Anyway I thank you much my friend, your initial question helped me solve my problem.

Nope but the problem is solved it wasnt the port but the Xevil version I've downloaded was too old (read above) and also their newer demo version only solves simple image captachs not Recaptcha.
 
You can only solve reCAPTCHA effectively with v6 beta. You must pay for Xevil 5, which is far better than Captcha Breaker itself when used with GSA SER.

By paying $60 more (they also offer promotions from time to time), you can upgrade to the newest v6 beta. Using super cheap IPv6 proxies or IPv4 Google-passed proxies, you can solve reCAPTCHAs, hCAPTCHAs, and reCAPTCHA v3 with an almost 100% success rate. However, hCAPTCHA success rates aren't as high, and GSA SER engines rarely use hCAPTCHAs, so there's no need to worry.

Why do we need to by xevil version 5 and version 6? Why can't they just sell version 6? They will tell version 6 is on beta for last 2 years, what? unbelievable!

It's $29 on the current promotion. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Why don't botmaker buy bhw marketplace membership and open a sales thread for xevil?

I completely understand your point! If we can evaluate how much we’re saving compared to other solutions, I’d be happy to pay the $29 or even the $60 2 times only for v6
