The real Xevil/Xrumer vendor's site is botmasterlabs(.)net, though you may need to get in touch with them directly in order to get access to the latest beta versions.

i am new to this and just starting to use Rankerx and checking out SeoNeo.
On Xevil website, there is very little information on what it is about and how to use.
It says price is $89 for 1 user .. is it for per month or ???
can the same api key be used on various platform?

AFAIK Xevil is a one-off fee and then a smaller monthly fee to have access to the latest versions. I think most people host Xevil on a decent-spec VPS and then setup remote access, so that they can send captchas from all their other apps/scripts without having to use multiple installs.

so the $89 is the software .. mthly small fee is for the constant updates .. how about usage - use buy credits or ???

Ofc Xevil is now becoming primary captcha solver with GSA SER. It breaks simple captchas to recaptchas 100% success (you need proxies and it costs less than 5$ month) for hcaptchas use ipv4 proxies
