Xenix Scammer

I have been watching this thread since it started, and I have tried to give xenix9 the benefit of the doubt, but honestly it is looking more and more like they really are one in the same.

So why would some trust xenix9? because he does all of his dirt from the inactive username, and plays the good role with the other name..... But I don't know. I don't want to believe it, but it's getting too coincidental.

I have just been notified via Skype about this issue because I have had a similar issue with the same person, but different site and name.

He has purchase the most expensive package from my service, without a coupon and then does a charge back after we completed the work.

As you see, the who is is the same as the other site stated above by the OP.

He has done a chargeback/reversal same as for the other users above, I do not know if this is xenix or what so ever, but we are talking about the same person.

Proof of Chargeback (mods, please do delete if I gave any info that I was not suppose to).

I checked the email he used when submitting a support ticket, it was "[email protected]"

Since BHW BST threads are publicly viewable, it's pretty easy. Right?

Plus, I don't think OP and accused communicated via the BHW PM system or replies in threads.

Just my 2 cents.

Honestly if Xenix9 has been using the Xenix name and/or account to do his dirty work and then hide as Xenix9 and say it wasn't him - I have to say, he should be on the next episode of "The World's Dumbest Criminals". If you're going to do something like that, pick a name that is COMPLETELY different than yours (or better yet, don't do it, right?).

I'm not saying it happened this time, but in the past I've seen this happen plenty of times. They use a unique name and then the same unique with an extra letter or number added. One name is Dr. Jekyll and the other is Mr. Hyde.
 
lol this thread has become more of xenix9 is NOT a scammer(which actually is true) than xenix(read with open eyes friends) is a scammer.

BTW,I completely agree to what xenix9(it's "9") said in above post.If any BST provider uses external sources like Wufoo,etc(which I do),they must create a field in form asking for client's BHW username and also they must tell them to PM through their BHW ID to confirm the order.

If anyone trying to scam would u make a username exactly the same just without one letter or number?

if Xenix9 is really trying to scam would he be stupid enough to make another account to scam with the similar username he have?

The username is identical to his wouldnt it make more sense to create a username totally unrelated and can never traced back to him?
 
Okay, sorry if this post is pointless but I just saw this thread and like Xenix9 said, (NOT XENIX) - He has purchased nearly $500 of services from me in the past. From what I can see (I did a quick dig up in my 2checkout account for the past year and his payments are still here as Approved and no charge backs.)

So from that alone he seems like a legit guy. Im not saying he's a scammer, but Im also not saying he's not. From what I can see, this Xenix is one totally different person who is trying to frame Xenix9. Again, this is just what I think.

One thing I might as well point out is that Xenix9 gave me a website very similar to the niche of the ones Xenix gave above. I don't know what this has in common, but with what I can see and with my experience with Xenix9, he is not a scammer. Just my points.

Anyways, I always like a good mystery. If anyone needs any help, just hit me up.
 
It is not even member xenix or xenix9, but another member used xenix name. Got some info from xenix9 regarding this scam and presently checking all the details. will post it later.

Till then, i request members not to post your assumptions.

Honestly I think he just puts in random usernames, as I got diff username, and the other guy got diff username, so that is why I didn't open a shitlist at the 1st place, I do not want to shitlist an innocent person. And I don't think Xenix9 is in any way involved in this.

Xenix9 is a great person.I have worked with him and I can surely say he can never be involved is such things.Xenix on the other hand is another person so guys don't mix them up.
 
This is the same stuff Kalyken used to do, which is why I suggested nobody post paypal transaction id's in public. Now they're just using random names. Due diligence providers, protect your necks. We can't protect you from the simple things like this, and the damage stacks up quickly.

Does anyone here who has been ripped off have the purchasers ip/host? If so, pm me what you have.

If you aren't recording that kind of information with your orders, you're seriously putting yourself at risk.

Posting Transaction id in the thread was insisting by the sellers. It could help to bump your threads, but it also ends up in probs like this...
 
It looks like credit card fraud to me, and the scammer is just using xenix out of fluke.
It must be different cards also, because a CC company would not do that many chargebacks without any question.

If any of you sellers have emails from the scammer then check the originating IP of the emails and see if that provides a location for the guy, then follow up with his ISP and local police.

I wish you guys the best of luck in finding this douche.
