I'm searching for a free (and instant) sign up CPA/affilate to promote using youtube vids.

Clickbank is $/sale
but I'd rather want something like $/view or $/form fill from people for like "Free xbox 360 win"
or something like that, where do I find something like that?

CPA LEAD is very popular for new user, because you get in very easy, but it is content locking, so you need a site. If you want to only have CPA offers read the threads about applying to CPA networks.
For PPV companys look at the PPV section, in the CPA section is also very nice information.

I think they don't, they did not call me. But afaik Peerfly calls in some cases.

Well, it is saturday today... and no way I get accepted next three days... it's waiting for me.

BUT... DOES this method still work:??????

Put a clickbank aff -> Tiny url -> 100+ youtube vid's + url to affilate.

Is it still possible to get $$ from this in a week or so?
