Its possible, usually to source verified followers, we use API farming method - that means there are popular apps on twitter where in order for people to use them, they need to plugin their twitter /login with their twitter. Once they do it gives them an permission authorization popup from twitter API and there usually apps are taking permissions from their users to follow/unfollow people on their behalf. Usually its used to clear following from bots/inactive accounts etc. but a couple providers are selling this access... but obviously its not cheap

There are accounts on x that are literally verified follower boosting pages, not really any need to pay for them. Most of them will follow you back within 24 hours. You’ll usually notice by the people that have like 2000 followers and are following 2000 people as well. I would just find the first verified person with those numbers go their followers and click on verified followers and just go down the page following all of them until you get rate limited for following for a few hours. Then pick any other random verified account that I had followed and go down their verified followers page, rinse and repeat. I hope that makes sense.
You need automated software that can register an unlimited number of accounts, then use these accounts to boost your own posts or send mass private messages to target users. I am the software developer.Isn't it tiring to operate manually?

wonder if this is still working because X banned many follow for follow communities
do you see X removing these followers from your account?
that someone followed back and next day is removed from followers list
