I've been mass spamming on X for a year now, have tried multiple browsers (octo, adspower, one more idk the name) and countless of proxies, experimented with aged X accs and new made ones (Aged ones always perform better). I send 100~ DMs per day per account on 10 accounts. Every single message is customized, it includes their name, and it's differently worded. So much so, that they're barely alike example:

Hey [name], do you have a moment for a question?
Howdy [name] I saw your profile on X and was wondering something...

However, recently whatever I do on a daily basis on 100 messages I maybe get 3-4 replies back per account. Wheres I heard other people get around 15-20 replies on 100 messages. What am I doing wrong? Is there a better way to do this? Someone with experience, I'd love to discuss. Please let me know.

I've purchased over 100+ accounts and testing on 2-3 day basis. I feel like I'm doing something wrong, I'm literally going crazy.

(And ChatGPT bot answers please don't even try, you're ruining this website)

Have you ever done this ONLY for people who have followed you?

Also, when people message me, there's an option for Twitter to move 'shit' to an archive/bin, and you have to manually turn this is off to view all messages. Otherwise you never see them.

So assume Twitter is using AI to filter them into this 'bin'

you are getting into spam, my friend. proper warm your accs.

Mass DMs on X/Twitter can still work, but success depends heavily on account health and how you approach it. Cold-blasting links almost always gets flagged or goes to spam. The safer way is to warm up accounts over time, engage naturally with your audience, and send personalized messages rather than generic bulk DMs. Mixing in value like helpful tips, content, or context relevant to the recipient drastically improves delivery and response rates.

I ask again - what if you only DM new followers?

So you gain 150 new followers today and you send an auto DM to them all thanking them for following etc.

lol you cant determine anything with 10 accounts. I know guys doing +2K accounts on mass dm everyday, and let me just tell you this, that they are very profitable in the OFM space.

What tool do they use?

Your outreach might just feel too robotic despite the customization, so try focusing on a punchier hook that hits a specific pain point instead of just being polite. If the engagement is that low, consider shifting your strategy toward authentic community building in replies first to warm up those accounts before sliding into the DMs
