same thing happened for me uninstalling and deleting all files of the app and reinstalling app worked for me

i even tried from an incognito browser and the toggle is still locked, are you sure you're referring to the same issue?

If "Mark your posts as containing material that may be sensitive" is greyed out, it's usually controlled by an account restriction, age setting, or platform-side flag and can't be changed manually.
Try checking your account settings on the web version, and if it remains locked, only X Support can remove the restriction.

Only the support can help you and since they didn't provide any help I'm afraid other than re-appealing, nothing else can be done.

I don't think there's much you can do. If its greyed out, it's probably an account-level restriction that only X can change.

Yeah if it’s still locked in browser/incognito then reinstalling won’t touch it. @swisfa check if the account has DOB set 18+ and no active sensitive-media notice under notifications, then appeal that notice specifically instead of opening random Premium tickets. X support usually ignores the generic ticket, but the notice appeal is the only route that can unlock that toggle. Deleting old flagged media might help for future reviews, but it won’t instantly ungrey the switch.
