X sensitive content flag removal

i got this problem on X where my profile got labeled with Sensitive content flag also this option got flagged out, but someone who is providing service just helped me to remove this warning from X one time for free but after posting some contents then again i got the flag problem. now i dont want to pay for someone for removing it. as its something that appealing but i dont know what to click for appealing.

He just removed every posts then remove the links too and added some sfw profile pic then appeal it. but i dont know what he did. if you guys can guide me how to appeal for this, means alot. i got two accounts with this poroblem. Kindly help i dont want to waste money for someone just appealing
