X Premium+ supremacy over X premium

I have seen lots of blue check accounts are promoting their links and videos under tweets without get shadow or spam?
Can some one explain how they do it?
Once I tried with a X premium and after few comments I got spam detected. I use a single account with good residential proxies.
I have not tried X premium+ and just want to make sure it is not going to get spam detected.
Is there any supremacy with X premium+ ?
