X post links are appearing in google results along with news sites

Normally I would see it below the news site but now I saw them beside the news site links, this is crazy, Reddit, Pinterest and now X more traffic loss ahead? But also a opportunity for X content creators to drive traffic back to their sites.

I notice too x content get in google results so is an oportunity for some peoples to promote their website in this way.

come on man, this happens already for years when updates are rolling, sites are vanishing and social media take those places. if X started to popup here and there means a lot of normal websites got tanked, lot more compared with latest updates.

Yes, X's increased visibility in search results means more traffic loss for news sites but a big opportunity for X creators.

Probably cause X is getting more popular so it's now getting bumped up just like other social media.

They have been adding accounts to the SERP for a long time, not something new.

It might be a good time to experiment with posting engaging content on X to drive traffic back to your site.

As one of the members above mentioned, it is normal for social media to bump to the top google results when an update is rolling out, let's wait for this Google update to settle then we will if X results are on top or not

This will continue more and more. "You are the media now" as Elon puts it, I get most of my news and info from X these days, all sides and angles are covered without bias or free speech being messed with. He has done a great job with the platform... and there is soooo much more coming, if you're a solid dev I suggest looking into their new UI that's coming - X are about to take a massive leap towards this "everything app" Elon always talks about.

I'm talking crypto wallets and possibly an exchange - it's already possible to send crypto by just using a person's X handle right now... most use 3rd party tools such as "Whisp" to do it at the minute. I'm talking AirBnB, Shopping, Short Video like Tik Tok (makes sense with tik tok most likely getting banned) - this will possibly be done with the revival of "Vine" the original short form video app which X owns the IP to, the original creator of Vine "@Rus" just popped up a few months ago and started a crypto coin called Vine with it's purpose to promote the revival of Vine... Vine integrations are mentioned all over the new front end coing that hasn't been shipped to live mode yet... also flight bookings and so much more.

The Vine one is a massive thing for me, I've been following it since the @Rus returned and the whole saga began, I'm heavily invested in the coin so hoping Vine does come back. The general consensus is it's 100% coming back and then the assumptions are the Vine coin Rus made will be integrated into it (as mentioned above X already has the crypto infostructure and has done for a long time) as a means to tip creators of Vine clips and videos.
