Do you want to buy multiple accounts? I think you can check the microjob section on sproutgigs site. I understand they have the option to buy aged accounts in general, I think it will be faster this way because several freelancers could provide multiple accounts.

Those older accounts are definitely in high demand. Your best bet is to regularly check the BHW Marketplace section; new listings for such assets appear there from time to time, but they get snapped up quickly. Good luck with your search.
