Is there any way to know the email account attached to X ( Twitter ) account ?

There are several services that claim to offer similar services but there's almost no chance that they work. Like this for instance: https://whatsmyserp.com/

Mostly that would be a major privacy concern and have bigger Twitter accounts spammed with offers regularly.
 
Unless it's on the account's bio or mentioned on their post, there's no practical or easy way to know that information.
 
This information is specified only in the account settings and there is no other way to find it out without logging into the account itself or phishing
