Google is getting smarter at picking out low quality / spammy content.
I feel your pain though, when a customer complains that something isn't indexed, it's frustrating.

my content is about computers and high tech
you will see the indexed ones so there is no point to show them to you
age about 4 months , post word count not much some i have and 40 , it is valuable content but not unique, my layout i don't search it ,

well, this right here might be your problem then. Make it at least 80% unique, damn it, otherwise why would google index content that already exists?

If the domain is NEW it won't work that easy. I also got a new domain and posted good, quality content to it and it's not anywhere near complete indexing. This is how new domains work.
On the other hand, if your content is not unique(copy-pasted) or IDK, usually does not get indexed at all or takes way too long.
There may be more causes.

Possible reasons google not indexing your post
1. Your website code is blocking google crawler
2. Your site don't have enough authority to convince google bots to index your post
3. Not using ssl (I noticed in past few month that google first index ssl secured website).
4. Not using TLD
5. Website not mobile friendly (70% times google use smartphone bot to crawl)
There are many other reasons exist as well

In addition to indexing unique content and copy, Google hates seeing duplicates and robotically generated pages. There will be a difference in indexing rates between these two types of pages...either affirmative or negative.
