I'm an American that lives in a developing country, where the cost of living and salaries are some of the lowest in the world.
I started a company recently that provides Spanish classes online with Skype or Facebook Chat. We're doing ok. I'll be posting about this in other places, and I'll also be looking to contract with someone to help with the marketing.
However, with this post, I'd like to see if anyone has any ideas about how else I can leverage the super low salaries here. I've been thinking of how else I can leverage this low cost workforce to do digital marketing consulting work to companies in the US/Canada. I'd need a niche that involves a lot of menial, repetitive tasks, nothing technical. However, it needs to be sufficiently personal that it couldn't be automated. Something that human beings need to do.
Does anybody see any opportunities here? Basically, I'm capable (through my employees) of doing a large amount of human work for a really low price.
What would you do with this? There's got to be some opportunities here.
What would you guys do in my situation?
