It meet adsense policies??

I doubt you will get approval... You are running a website fully of ads here there everywhere. And content is low
 
Low quality site, Change UI & UX first,
Use a simple one and also the content quality is low, improve that as well,
 
No one will give you the information that you can get yourself.You must have to try it yourself for faster results. It is difficult for everyone.
 
Ahaaan OP SPOTTED - to get visits to website to increase ad impressions.
 
It's hard to get approve from adsense. Low quality content and quantity also, Poor website structure, No user friendly also.
 
If I work at adsense, i will not approve your blog! And what more, sharing it here.

Update more quality content and remove some ads buddy, after that you can apply
